October 4, 2011 Board Meeting Agenda Item #33 Title TERMINATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT AND OPERATING AGREEMENT WITH THE POLICE ATHLETIC LEAGUE Description Termination of the lease and operating agreement between the School Board and the Police Athletic League for the Sailor Circus will facilitate a new lease and operating agreement between the School Board and Circus Sarasota.  This termination also clarifies transfer of both equipment and funds directly from the Police Athletic League and Circus Sarasota. Recommendation That the Board approve the termination of the lease agreement and operating agreement between the School Board and the Police Athletic League as presented.
